Dismanatling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materils within all leads and lifts (wooden/concree joists to be measured and paid for separately) for thickness of tiles upto 25mm.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) including curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade includes cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter with enamel white paint. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet of approved make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel work of welded in built up section/including hollow section trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position including applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. In gratings framed guard bars, laddres, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeter) over all with 0.60 mm (Zero point six zero millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets of approved make in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating+ back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia (Six millimeter diameter) & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 40mm (Forty millimeter) cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2 mm (millimeter) thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth using 2nd class bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement : six sand) in all depth, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs of plaster in patches of 2.50Sqm. And under and 10 to 15 mm tick including cutting the patch in proper shap and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all leads and lifts with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand ) Including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
