Design, SITC of Passenger 02 nos. 13 Passenger G 6 lift along with allied works at GMC, Jammu.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 13 passengers lift with Gearless Machine lift (G+6) Machine Room Type. The lift shall be suitable for 13 passengers (884Kg) of standard design having speed of 1 m/s serving from ground to sixth floor i.e. 07 stops and 07 landings. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components / accessories shall conform to relevant latest IS standards. • Power Supply - 400/415 V (3 Phase AC) • Control: Microprocessor Based Duplex Selective Collective Operation Control with/without attendant and duplex line separate LOPs. • Drive: VVVF Drive with feedback control (closed loop). Makes: OTIS/JOHNSON/SCHINDLER/KONE/THYSSEN KRUPP. SHAFT DIMENSION: - Available Shaft Dimension: 2800mm (W) × 2070mm (D) Display type: Color LCD. CAR: - Car cabin size: 2000mm × 1100mm, any variation in car size as per site condition is per within the minimum area limits as per given in IS code 14665/ NBC 2016. • Design: Stainless steel 304 Grade and minimum 1.5 mm thickness in hairline or designer finish (Scratch Proof) with special panel on rear center panel of the cabin. Car floor shall be of Granite with minimum thickness of 19 mm. Ceiling Finish: Stainless steel in Mirror Finish. • LED lights and Blower fan in car for ventilation. • Car Door: Stainless Steel 304 grade with minimum 1.5 mm thickness SS Centre Opening sliding door provided with photocell detector technology and Mechanical Force limiting Device. • Landing Door: Automatic Stainless-Steel Centre Opening provided with photocell detector technology and Mechanical Force limiting Device. A separate display should also be incorporated at the top of the lift enterance on the ground floor. • Round Handrail in Stainless steel 304 grade provided on all the car panels (Side LH, Side RH and Rear) PROTECTIVE DEVICES & OTHER ACCESSORIES: - • ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with battery system for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure with weak battery indicator in COP. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3- phase 25 KVA servo-stabilizer of reputed make with working range of 260-460 Volts (± 10V) input voltage including all allied electrical accessories. The stabilizer should have following specifications: • Capacity:25 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type • Output: 415 V ± 5% - phase to phase • Supply: 3 phase, 50Hz ± 2 • Operation: Automatic • Duty cycle: 100% or continuous • Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications. • Cooling: Oil cooled (First oil filling provided) • Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load • High speed voltage correction, Bye Pass Switch. • Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage, Overload and short circuit protection. • Other features: LED indicators, Digital AC ammeter, Digital AC voltmeter, Single phase preventer and Stabilizer by-pass arrangement. Providing and fitting of Powder coated panel having 160 Ampere on load Changeover Switch with enclosure-02 No., 4 Pole 160 Ampere MCCBs, voltmeter,Ampere meter, overload and underload protection devices, Bus bars including providing and fitting of Shaft Bulk Head Lights. All electrical items should be of reputed make like Havells, L&T/ Siemens or similar. The job also includes interconnection of the electromechanical equipment’s and Chemical Earthing of all the electrical components with maximum resistance of 1 ohm. The Job further includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. exhaust fans and 02 nos. ceiling fans in the machine room. Any other major/minor electrical equipment(s) which may not have been specifically mentioned in the BOQ but otherwise are essential for the completion of the job of SITC of the lift shall be considered included in the job.

Renovation / repair of control room and the lift well by way of civil works such as replacement of all damaged door & windows, plastering walls of the control room & the lift well and waterproofing of the pit & Providing and fixing of tiles of 1' × 1' to the floor of the machine room. The job also includes Dismantling of all the old/damaged lift parts such as doors, car cabin etc.

Face lifting of the entrance walls at each levels (G+6) for new lift by way. of dismantling/removing of marble stones from the walls and providing & fixing of granite with minimum thickness of 19mm. The job further includes material, fitting, fixing, labour and grinding charges and all other allied works as per the instructions given by the engineer in charge and site requirement.
