Checking/taking down carefully existing unserviceable security/street light/flood light fitting of any shape and size or capacity by unscrewing from steel tubular pole of 9 mtr long/wall of bldg including unserviceable bracket complete and make it serviceable and refixing the same at its original position (if repairable with minor repair) all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Spares/New fittings shall be measured and paid separetly. (ii) The T&P vehicle and necessary ladder etc will be arranged by the contractor and thecost deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) The contractor bound to provide daily 01 Electrician and 01 helper for carry out the complaint of street light on daily basis.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made of 40mm bore GI pipe (medium grade of length 1.5 meter), bend to shape including providing flat iron clamp (of suitable size, made out of 40mm x 5mm mild steel flat) with nuts, bolts and washer of suitable size, including applying two coat of red oxide primerand one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole/stay and filling of mass concrete including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping of pole including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning and preparation of old surface of street light steel tublar pole and painting by applying two coats of aluminium paint including bracket and alternative black and Yellow strips on pole with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation (each strip 15 cm height) including applying two coats of cement base paint to coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing the solar street light system complete by checking & cleaning PV Module, battery, charging voltage, discharge voltage, loose contacts & fitting etc including topping up distilled water/electrolite, appling petroleum jelly in terminals. Note: Self supported ladder shall be provided by the contractor for cleaning and checking of SPV module since the normal ladder cannot be used.

S&F in replacement of LED solar DC street light 15 watts (with inbuilt CCU) fitting comprising of epoxy powder coated aluminium housing enclosed with glass cover complete including taking down old fitting of any model Make : LHKTBJU7PA6J015 of Havells or equivalent in Philips/ Crompton Greaves

Material and labour for painting of solar light pole and all structure by smoke grey colour paint in two coat over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Solar LED Standalone street light 15 W, 12V, 1500 lumen alongwith 75WP Solar Panel and 40AH Battery and 6 mtr tube pole with 2 days battery backup including pcc foundation as per specification as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. . Material and labour for taking down the 6/7 lantern symmetrically fitted system from High mast light of 9/12 metres height with their control gear system for repairing the LED flood light fittings, LED aviation obstruction lights and shiting to the same position after completion of repair/replacement all as directed and specified. Note : The spares & replacement of LED flood light fittings, LED aviation obstruction lights are measured and paid separately under relevent items.

Supply and fix in repairs LED Aviation Obstruction light fitting 302 LED with all accessories, brackets for fixing arrangements etc., on Hanger. Make: Bajaj, Model: BGAV 302 LED or equivalent in Philips/Crompton Greaves/Havells.

Taking out un-serviceable/faulty cable/service connection cable of any grade / type / class of size of 10/16/25 Sq mm 4 core for repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work all as specified and as directed. (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross- sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core confirming to IS7098 of 1995 laid in trench/ducts/pipe/wall or on poles complete all as specifed and directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under respective items

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cable, fixing of stay etc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well remming in layers n.exc 25cm, Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and diercted.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables using new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete, punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of 18cms shall be measured for payment.

M&L Un-reinforced precast factory made concreate cable covers, class LV type-I, with flat size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore including all type fitting such as bends, elbows, tee etc fixed on walls/to poles/laid in trenches/boring as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level (with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m below the normal ground level) connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-1, 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering 15mm bore light grade pipe for GI wire protection and funnel including 40mm thick RCC slab cover and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 47,698.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
