Patch Repair and miscellaneous work of Gauribazar Block (left Side of SNGDB road)

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller)(Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (Including all taxes required & including Cost of bitumen VG-10)(Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm, 11.2 mm aggregates in proportion of 2:1 using VG-10 bitumen @ 1.46 kg per Sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 kN static rollar capacity, finished to required level and grades to be fallowed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508, including cost of bitumen grade VG-10(Excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen )(Excluding G.S.T.)

(OPTIONAL ITEMS) Supply and laying of Brick Bats carriage up to site of work including loading and unloading and also including supply of all materials labour T&P required for proper complition of the work etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.

(OPTIONAL ITEMS) Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications

(OPTIONAL ITEMS) Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and two parts of fine sand of 1.25 finencess modulous on brick work including raking the joints washing and cleaing and supply of all matreials labour and tools and plants required for the proper completion of the work.as per S.I. No. 574

(OPTIONAL ITEMS) E/W in embankment of approach road mechanically compacted to 95% proctor density including breaking clods pulverizing, dressing the earth in layers not more then 20 cm, adding water to get O.M.C., required slope, level and camber/superelevation etc and compacted with power road roller in 20 cm layers . Earth shall be excavated from out side of approach slope and pits shall not more then 50 cm in depth i/c one km cartage distance from borrow pit area for proper completion of work as per M.O.R.T.H Specification S.I. No. 305A

(OPTIONAL ITEMS) Supply and laying of empty cement bags filling with local earth / sand and carriage up to site of work including stiching loading and unloading stacking and also including supply of all materials labour T&P required for proper complition of the work etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
