RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARATION OF ITEMS AS PER GUEST HOUSE SCHEDULE/MENU FOR: BREAKFAST: Preparation of morning tiffin like Idli, Pongal Vada, Dosa, Poori masala/Channa masala, Uttappa, Rava Bath, Chappathi etc with appropriate side Dishes for 12-15 persons. LUNCH: Rice, Soup, Aloo Parotta, Chappathi with Kurma/Bhaji, Pappad, Sambar, Rasam, Pickle, Curd/Butter milk etc., DINNER: Chappati with Kurma, Dosai, Idiappam,uttappam, Poori Bhaji/Channa masala etc., Tea/Coffee for Guests/VIP's - morning, afternoon, evening, bed tea on request to be provided to their respective rooms.

HOUSEKEEPING WORKS: Cleaning of Guest house includes daily two times cleaning of floors like mopping of floors, removal cob-webs, dusting of fans, cleaning of windows, cleaning of furniture in guest rooms and dining hall of Guest house on daily basis. Cleaning of all 7 rooms including attached bathrooms, toilets, Kitchen, store room and related areas. Cleaning includes cleaning & mopping of floors, Attached bathrooms with toilets, removal of cobwebs, cleaning & dusting of fans, windows, furniture
