   1.Item will be purchase from OEM or its authorized dealer (Firm must submit tender specific authorization certificate). The authorization issued from OEM must be valid on or after the date of tender opening. In case the bidder is OEM it must attach self-declaration or any other relevant document regarding manufacturer of the offered item, failing which their offer will be rejected without any back reference. 2.In addition to above, bidder/tenderer must have past performance in the Indian railway for the same or allied items to qualify the EC of tender. Firm must submit latest credential (Not older than 1 April 2020) documents (Proof of supply compliance of contract) like RNote, Receipted Challan, Installation & commissioning report or any authentic documents for the same otherwise their offers will be summarily rejected/ignored. NOTE-1- It is mandatory to mention the particular quoted MAKE/BRAND name in the relevant column by the bidder with its e-offer. NOTE-2- Date of Validity of authorization certificate should be clearly mentioned in the certificate otherwise certificate will not be considered valid.

   In terms of clause as per Para 2.4.3 of Instructions to Tenderers for Electronic tenders ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024 regarding Restrictions on procurement from a bidders of a country which shares a land border with India, I, hereby confirm that I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and I certify that I am not from such a country.

   Delivery schedule indicated in the tender schedule is tentative and may vary as per the requirement of railway at the time of finalisation of tender/release of purchase order. However, offers with large variation from tendered delivery schedule may be ignored or considered for restricted order quantity.

   No Exemption for EMD will be given to firms except to those firms as mentioned in the Instruction to tenderers ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024. If the firms, other than those exempted, fail to submit EMD along with the offer, their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Security deposit (SD) Performance Security for stores contracts will be applicable as para 12.0 of Instruction to tenderers ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024.

   The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their jurisdictional assessing officers (Designation, address & email ID). Also tenderers are required to furnish the correct HSN code for the offered item along with their bid.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

General Instructions

1. 1

   Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender for full or part quantity without assigning any reason. The rates quoted by the tenderers for the full Quantity would be taken as valid even for part quantity.
2. 2

   5% of P.O. value may be recovered from the firm as General Damages as per para 16.2 of ITT_Rev_1.21_April_2024, in case of failure of firm to supply the item.
