CERTAIN REPAIR TO MD ACCN OF RANE ENCLAVE, JOGINDER ENCLAVE, NIRMAN ENCLAVE AND ROY CHOUDHARY ENCLAVE UNDER AGE B/R-II AT NAMS

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishesincl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in skirting ,dados in vertical surfaces etc and including 10mm thick cement plaster 1:4 incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick, in (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition , coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement motar complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for Vitriefied tiles 8 to 10mm thick square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in vertical surfaces such as dados/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and in coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition , Coloured on incl plaster (backing coat) 1:4 Cement motar 10mm thick layer in Cement motar complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick verticle tiles with highlighter any colour on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles includig rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) ,incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling cource in roof finishes even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level & dispose off debris upto a distance n. exc. 100 mtrs where directed complete all as specified and directed.
