M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces, mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.30 ltr/Sqm including cleaning the surfaces thoroughly from dust and dirt and lay water proofing treatment with felt having glass fiber non woven reinforcement and weighing 3.0 Kgs/Sqm to 4.0 Kgs/Sqm in 100mm overlaps both longitudinally and transversely by torch bonding and applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm on top of felt as in sunken floor (bottom and vertical) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken portion etc complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F in repair High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) 40mm bore of pressure rating 6kg/cm2 fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Taking down frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame ) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each incl iron mongery up to four storey height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Moulded door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.
