Materials and Labour for rolled mild steel Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 0.80 mm thick corrugated black mild steel sheeting as in cladding of steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with one and half corrugation side lap, 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The rates should include the cost of necessary arrangements incl safety measures for woking with large size MT shed gates)

Materials and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) including rubbing and polishing complete.

Materials and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6)and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frame and shutter of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screwsetc completed all as specified and directed (Aluminum section shall be of make Jindal / Hindalco / Indalco). Note :- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / Bakelite sheet / wire cloth / mortice lock / locking stay / floor spring / floor door stopper only will be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing UPVC 67 series acoustic proof fixed type windows of double glaze 5 mm thick toughened glass. Outer frame section will be of size 67x62 mm dimensions or equivalent and sash/mullion section dimensions will be 67x78 mm or as per requirement 'z' mullion and falsemullion section dimension is 67 x58 mm and 67 x61 mm respectively or equivalent. Double galzing bead of size 25.8 mm x 23 mm will be provided along with EPDM gasket to the frame sections/ mullion & shutter sections. All the frame and shutter mullion reinforced with required GI profile for the strength of the frame and shutter sections as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
