Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade inculding curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level in 1:5:10(1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 garded stone )40 mm nominal size including all lift and carriages

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including all lift and carriages

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including all lift and carriages

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (To be paid as per actual).

Centring and shuttering including propping ,strutting etc. & removal of the form work.

a) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with waterproofing ply 12 mm thick

b) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide

d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Providing and making CIB of approved size by way of making another layer of 12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar on front side outer plastered surface, painting and writings as per the direction of engineer in-charge including supply of materials, carriages all complete. L.M.R.
