Supply and lay in repair of HT cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty)11000 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, type 1 flat of size 300x180x40 mm from excaveted trench and staking properly aside or reuse to a distance not exisiting 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry clean sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles with and including necessary form work and the exposed surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete incl. breaking the existing PCC coping and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles with and the exposed surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs disc insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator 145 mm height, 225 mm dia ball and socket type for 11000 volts grade all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in reapairs Air Break switch gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism and locking arrangement worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps,11000 volts all including fix and moving contacts, post insulators, operating rod, handle etc complete with necessary connections/ jumpers with suitable ACSR / copper conductor with heavy duty alkathine pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing and testing complete outdoor type cable terminations (heat shrinkable) suitable for 3 core, 11 KV, U/G, XLPE Cable of size 95 Sqmm and all as directed by complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT for 11KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in repair complete withcopper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of copper Strip 20 x 3 mm fixing on wall by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire.galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I all as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper strip of size 20 x 3mm fixed on wall or floor including PVC saddles spacers and fixing screws not exc. 60 Cm apart complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of any type transformer 11KV / 433 volt and 33 KV/11 KV at various location and including filteration of transformer oil by passing through filteration plant to remove moisture,impurities for improving/achieve di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minut including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid separetly.)

Supply and Toping of transformer oil with not less than 50KV di-electric strength to any size of transformer and installed at any location( power house installation/outdoor installation) complete all as specified. Transformer oil will be supplied in sealed barrel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix brass stud 12 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with brass nut and bolts and washers 8 nos complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for transformers including taking out existing bushings and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix brass stud 16 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with brass nut and bolts and washers 8 noscomplete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for transformers including taking out existing bushings and refilling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantiling 11 KV on load voltage Regulator carefully from from its original position manually or mechanically and transporting both way to work shop and installation, refixing, reconnecting after complete reparing/ servicing with top cover ,top gasket, coils ,core, assembly carbon spring,carbon brush,main complete with un screwing the nut bolt washers etc and Cleaning/scraping of carbon disposition material manually/machanically to the body of the coils, complete emery paper complete & setup 11KV voltage repair /overhauling carrying with following alll complete all as specified and directed. (i) Draining out oil from on load Voltage regulator and dismsantling the core connections from tank and taking out core along with winding from tank carefully . (ii) Cleaning the oil tank of on load voltage regulator and removing sludges from tank. (iii) Repair/replacement to existing faulty on load voltage regulating mechanism complete. (iv)Re- filling of new transformer oil and filer to achieve the BDV Values and testing complete all as directed. (a) Faulty copper winding if any will be paid and measure separately .

Material and labour in repair for locating under ground cable ( HT/LT)fault within 06 hours including Sunday or any holiday using cable fault locator taking all necessary precaution complete all as specified and directed. Note : If fault not located by the contractor within specified time a recovery of an amount of Rs 5000/- will be recovered per day.

Material and labour inrepair for Cable route indicator fabricated from 40x40x6mm angle iron 450mm long, rivited or welded with 100mm dia CI or MS roung disc duly engraved " HT cable" in letters including grouted in ground with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair of breather with 500 Grams silica gel of indoor type transformer 100 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of branches of trees having girth exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 20 cm including disposal to a distance 100 mtr for removing/ cleaning over head ACSR conductor around 3 mtrs and complete all as specified and directed. Note : T &P for above mentioned work included in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing of notice plate made out of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet ,vitreous enamelled paint, with write the in 3mm thick font in white colour as " NO ADMMISSION EXCEPT ON DUTY "and fixed with M.S. clamps.bolts and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of existing HT overhead line of copper/ACSR conductor after opening of binding wire from insulator and bringing the sag within limit rebinding the same with insulator with 16 SWG aluminium wire/suitable copper wire all including renewal of jumpers by providing heavy duty alkathine pipe of approved quality, reconnecting the service connections after cleaning the carbon and foreign material complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs post top insulator porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs expulsion / drop down fuses suitable for 11KV up to 25 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply and fix in repairs Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steelstructure , channel /anglr iron,cross arms and painting with two coat of aluminium paint after scrapping old paint at complete 33 KV Yard complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal of green vegetation from substations,four pole structure area using chemcals if necessary etc including depositing the vegetation away from the places complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of two pole structure including cleaning the parts and replacement of jumper, worn out insulators, greasing with silicon grease, alligning of GOD knife and tightening of GOD parts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for periodical repair, maintenance & overhauling of 11/33 KV HT VCB 630/800 Amp including opening, checking, cleaning with CTC, cleaning wiping of insulating component, incl primary & secondary current enjection test , spouts, busbars, supports, CT, PT, cleaning contact tips, cover the expossed portion of busbar with HT tape & heat shrinkable sleeves, spout insulators for visible crack, tightness of fasterners holding moving contacts, check & correct the buffer gap adjustment & mechanism settings, meters. Testing and calibration of all relays fitted in control panels from authorized testing team of the OEM, such as earth fault relays, over current relays fitted in HT 33 KV panels for its corrections & setting with main control panel relays & MSEDCL so that individual VCB shall be tripped prior to main panel, contractor shall submit testing and calibration report showing all set parameters. Testing, cleaning & overhauling of complete operating mechanism for smooth functioning, checking of control panel wiring for operation & protection for tripping & closing & rectifying the defects all equipments including Deoxidizing of all electrical contacts replacement unserviceable wiring with ferrule & lugs, reassembling & testing of complete VCB and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Required spare parts for replacement will be measured and paid under relivant item as supply only. Item No-43 to 71 ii) Cost of Labour for replacement is demed to be included under this item. Iii) Repairs to be carried out by OEM Authorized agency only.
