Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any thickness of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement.including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 02 but in vertical surface as skirting, dado and risers to steps over and including10 mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface area of each tile between 0.14 to 0.18 Sqm each set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough, complete including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles shade as approved 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 1.0 sqm, in floors, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed

All as per the description of srl item No 006 above but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) compelete.

M&L 20 to 25 mm thick pre-polished machine cut Kota stone slab in repair as in flooring over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid over cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including molding the edge of slab the edge of slab and demolition of lod stones slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size in flooring and full length single piece in steps, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above).

M&L for brick work in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius and using old size sub class 'B' bricks including demolition of old bricks complete all as specified.
