Providing and laying World Athletics Approved Synthetic Athletics Track full PUR TYPE SYSTEM of Minimum 15mm thickness which should comply with Environmental compatibility of VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content as per DIN-V-18035-6. including "WA" Standard markings on the surface all complete as per requirements/ specifications laid down by "WA" class -I certification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The synthetic Track should conform to the following specifications: Tensile strength 0.5N/mm2 0.3N/mm2 Elongation at break >40˚% Force reduction 35−50% Vertical deformation 0.6−2.5mm Standard deformation 0.6−1.8mm (at0−40˚C) Thickness >14mm Relative abrasion >1.0 Friction (sliding coefficient) >0.5 <1.1 Spike resistance Class1 Remaining indentation <1.0mm Environmental requirements Limit values for DOC, EOX, Heavy metals, smell. The Bidder should have supplied and installed at least 5 World Athletics (Earlier IAAF) Certified tracks in India in the last 5 years, out of which at least one should be Class - I certified facility in India as a Prime Contractor, WA Certificates Work Order and Completion Certificates to be submitted.The proposed product should be certified by World Athletic (Earlier IAAF) for a minimum thickness of 15MM for Class I Track. Product to be only of European, American, Australian or Indian Origin.

(i) Normal Stress Areas with a minimum thickness of 14mm of finished track surface

(ii) High Stress Areas with a minimum thickness of 20 mm of finished Track Surface.

(iii) High Stress Areas with a minimum thickness of 25 mm of finished Track Surface.
