Filling in foundation and basement with M sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick including all charges etc.complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Brick Work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" for the following including curing etc., complete

weathering course with Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Providing granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Supply of door of size of 0.90 x 2.10 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply of Window of size of 1.20 x 1.30 including all cost and conveyance etc.,

Distempering two coats using best quality and approved colour oil bound distemper over one coat of cemet paint including all cost of labour charge etc.,

Painting the Plastered surface with two coats of ready mixed Plastic emulsion paint of Ist quality over one coat of priming coat for plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc. complete. Complying with standared specification. The paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Painting two coats over New Iron work with ready mixed approved enamel paints with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator)SD 24

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 36

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals tot he fitting with tube(SD 89)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8") copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with paining with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit (SD 125)
