Repairing work of Mahindra Bolero Camper bearing AN 01 J 6837 attached Veterinary Dispensary, Kamorta (Only genuine spare parts to be used.)

1. Plating & Welding Works : (i) Removal of complete body structure from chassis and repairing of all damaged structure with MS angle of 1% inch wherever structure is damaged or corroded. (ii) Repairing, welding & denting of bonnet, front windshield frame, cabin vertical post, damaged LH & RH door structure & RH F&R door outer plate repairing. (iii) Replacement of complete cabin platform plate with GI sheet 18 SWG. Repairing of cabin top roof. (iv) Repairing of radiator frame and engine cabin wherever necessary. (2) Replacement of front bumper assy and rear bumper assy, LH & RH front mudguard and front grill assy, with new one. (3) Replacement of right side F&R both door plate and LH&RH side running board assy and partition replacement with new one. (4) Water channel repairing wherever necessary. (5) Repairing and refitting the footrest on LH & RH and rear side by providing adequate number of fasteners. (6) Replacement of rear load body assy with new body and fitting the same with fasteners, new batala packing and nyloc nut. (7) Fabrication of a closed body structure in the rear load body assy and providing good quality rexin cover for covering the fabricated structure. (8) Fitment of new door assy, with new door locks, handles and hinges and brackets in the rear load body. (9) Replacement of all window velvet channel, all window handle, all door handle, driver door. Rubber beading replacement, F & R windshield weather strip replacement, driver door glass regulator machine assy replacement with new one. (10) Replacement of all door handles and LH side rear door lock with new one. (11) Repairing of seat frame and replacement of front and rear seat cushion with PU foam 4 inch 11. Thickness and rest cushion with 4 inch normal cushion and replacement of all seat cover with new one (Superior Quality rexin to be used). (12) Providing new floor mat and 04 Nos. new mudguard flap. (13) Replacement of all mudguard fender assy, and all garnish assay with new one. (14) Replacement of wiper blade assy with new one. (15) Complete defective wiring harness replacement and replacement of front and rear signal light assy, headlight assy and cabin light assy, horn assy with new one. (16) Mechanical Works : (i) Replacement of engine oil, coolant, gear oil, differential oil with new lubricants of respective specification as per manufacturer. (ii) Replacement of engine oil filter, diesel filter with new one. (iii) Replacement of propeller shaft UJ cross bearing with new one. (iv) Replacement of side view mirrors LH & RH with one. (v) Replacement of all spring leaves shackle and main spring leaf F&R with new one.
