M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 ,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quions, block(for masonry) string courses coping, kneelers, apex stones pier caps, column pos, boundery pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks bounders(for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc, (of any section indicated) with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throating etc and setting in cement mortar complete with joints to match with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jalies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame(pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item No 04032 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified.

All as per item No 35.00 above but 6mm to 8mm dia TMT bars.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling /mass concrete as in fencing post complete all as specified & directed.

S & F mild steel round bars as line bars for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers , under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, aplying cement slurry on the undr layer @ 3kg of cement per/sqm , top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1.2:2 (1 ceemnt : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size ) in panels with groovs all around as per approved patern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L for forming groove of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens naild to the under layer including removal of wooden batens, repair to edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces n exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in - Charge.
