The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEMs or their authorized dealers. Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency (as the case may be) at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Clause No 16.5 of Eastern Railway General Tender condition will be applicable for this tender.

Firms should upload along with the offer their supply performance (duly supported with documents like Inspection Certificate, Receipt Note, Payment Receipt Particulars), i.e. supplies made by them for same item on this Railway & other Railways, in preceding three years from tender closing date, in support of their performance. Non- submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers shall be considered further as per extant rules and no back reference in this regard will be made to them.

EMD as per clause 8.0 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the make in India Policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Public Procurement Policy (prefence to Make in India) as per Clause 28 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition.

Inspection Place: Proper address with PIN Code of the Place of Inspection along with proof as per Tender Condition must be mentioned.

Offer Validity: Offer must be valid for minimum 90 days from the date of tender opening.

Manufacturer's name month & Year of manufacturing should be indicated on the material or the packing of the material as per specification or feasibility as the case may be. Make/Brand of material should be embossed without affecting any functionality of item.

LD : CI: 14 & sub clauses of clause 14 of Eastern Railway General Tender Condition shall be applicable to instant Tender.

[i] Bank Account details for the purpose of payment shall be taken as appearing in the profile of the vendor in IREPS. In case, there is any change in the bank account details, vendors are advised to update their bank account details in their IREPS profile. Firm willing to avail benefit of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firm's status will be treated as Non-MSE firm.
