SPECIAL REPAIR TO EXTERNAL FINISH OF BLDG NO. T-5, P-18, P-39, P-45 (A) ,P-46,P-47 AND OTHER BLDGS OF 509 ARMY BASE WKSP UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on bricks or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for kay, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers , under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 ( 1 cemant : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool , applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm , top layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1 :1 / 2 :2 ( 1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size ) in panels with groove all arround as per approved pattern incl. scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone shipping complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens nailed to the under layer incl. removal of wooden battens , repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 to 15 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over exterior surface of wall etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Coverage for smart care ready mix plaster'll be 24 - 28 kg / sqm)

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint of colour approved by Engr-in-Charge having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on new surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering (as per manufacturer instructions) over interior surface of wall etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : Coverage for smart care ready mix plaster'll be 24 - 28 kg / sqm)

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of average 2 mm thick putty on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete surface likes chajja/ beams/ celings/ columns/ facia etc by high performance modified Styrene- Butadiene Rubber ( SBR ) base binder . Applying of binder is as 10 sqm/ per lit etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar upto 30 mm thickness in double coat for repair of RCC members likes beams, columns, chajja and facia/Ceiling, mortar having good compressive strength and shrinkage resistance and finish with CM 1:3 plaster etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L GI Wire netting 0.90 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joints, etc. sandwitched between two layers of plastering (Plastering shall be measured and paid separately) in walls, ceiling, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed.
