PILING WORK Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 450Dia pile

Integrity testing of Pile using Low Strain/ Sonic Integrity Test/ Sonic Echo Test method in accordance with IS :14893 including surface preparation of pile top by removing soil, mud, dust & chipping lean concrete lumps etc. and use of computerised equipment and high skill trained personal for conducting the test & submission of results, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

REINFORCE CONCRETE WORK Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-150 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. GABION WALL WORK Reinforced Soil Structure for height 6.4m-8.8m and stretch length 1137m Supplying and installation of Gabion facia unit with integrated tail as secondary reinforcement of length 3m that is made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh, Mesh type 10x12, punch strength 25 kN & tensile strength 40 kN/m as per IS 16014:2024, having D=100mm with tolerance of +/-10%, wire dia ID/OD 2.7/3.7mm, (90%Zn-10%Al)+High abrasion resistance polymer coated. Polymer coated wire mesh, when subjected to neutral salt spray test in accordance with ISO 9227, after 20,000 hours of exposure the mesh should not exhibit more than 5% Dark Brown Rust (DBR) and polymer should be resistant to abrasion after 300 cycles and shall not expose metal wire. The third-party testing for abrasion resistance of polymer coating on mesh must be accredited and verified by the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) in strict accordance with the procedure outlined in IS:16014:2024. Mechanically edged/selvedged and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, with partition at 1m interval etc., complete as per detailed technical specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Size of Units- 3m x 3m x 0.8m (LxWxH).

Supply and installation of polyester needle punched non woven geotextile as filter media behind Gabion/Reinforced soil wall, behind gabion fascia , as per MoRTH 700 Type-III geotextile. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supplying and laying drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills etc. having three dimensional composite with thermobonding a draining core having “W” configuration in extruded monofilaments of minimum thickness 8mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm charactersitic opening size (O90) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 18.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 1.2 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 200 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 28 kN/m, with mass per unit area of 740 gsm, having minimum creep reduction factor of 1.15 for 100 years life at 100 kPa, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supply and installation of 0.23m thick gabion mattress made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh, with pleated diaphragm and pre-fabricated vertical ties, (90%Zn-10%Al)+High abrasion resistance polymer coated having minimum Tensile strength of 37 kN/m & minimum punch strength of 21 kN. The permissible tractive shear force values shall be based on third party testing as per ASTM D6460 test methodology. For 0.23m thick mattress, permissible shear stress shall be 534N/mm2. Providing and installing subsurface drainage pipes behind the reinfiorced soil structure with perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 160 mm internal diameter as per the drawings etc. complete and as directed by Engineer -In -Charge.

MISCELLANEOUS WORK Providing and mixing integral crystalline admixture for water proofing treatment to RCC structures like basement raft, retaining walls, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc. at the time of transporting of concrete into the drum of the ready-mix truck , using integral crystalline admixture @0.80% (minimum) to the weight of cement content per cubic meter of concrete) or higher as recommended by the manufacturer’s specification in reinforced cement concrete at site of work. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90%, compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure. The crystalline admixture shall be capable of self- healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50 mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer- in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Providing and applying a tar free 100% solids enivornment friendly epoxy resin coating on concrete surfaces which can resist underground conditions , sea water, alkalis, salt solutions, dilute acidic solutions.Application procedure includes proper surface preparation to remove dust, dirt or any loose particles, care should be taken to fill any surface irregularities with polymer modified mortar (if any), followed by application of 2 coats by brush or roller in total thickness not less than 400 microns WFT.The coating shall possess following properties i.e Solids Content - 100%, Abrasion resistance - 0.22gm weight loss in 1000 cycles (ASTM D4060-CS17), Adhesion strength - 2Mpa, Water absorption - NIL (after immersion @ 23Deg C), 0.1% (after immersion & boiling), Resistant to Sulphate ions, CO2 diffusion, bacterial growth,fungal growth, Sea water, Sodium chloride (sat.) etc. [ On Water Side Wall ]

Providing and laying protective coating to Retaining walls on inside surface with coal tar extended epoxy resin coating . Application procedure includes proper surface preparation to remove dust, dirt or any loose particles, care should be taken to fill any surface irregularities with polymer modified mortar (if any), , carry out application of Coal Tar extended epoxy resin coating at 360 microns DFT in 2 coats via brush or roller. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification.The coating shall exibit properties such as: Solid Content - 90%, Specific gravity - 1.54 @ 27 deg C , Curing Efficiency (BS 7542) - 93%, Water Absorption(ASTM D570) <0.01%, Impact Resistance (BS 3900Pt E3) - Passed, Bond Strength - Min 1N/mm2, Salt Spray test (BS 1881 Pt. 124 :1988) - Nil @ 200 microns tested over 1000 hours, Chemical Resistance - Resistance to varied range of acids and alkalis [ On Filling Side ]

Providing and fixing in expansion joint 100 mm thick expansion joint board of best quality and approved make including cutting to required size and shape at all levels etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing premoulded compressible filler board in black color confirming to MoRT&H Specifications (Clause 1015), having minimum density 95kg/cum. non-staining with less than 1% water absorption & compression recovery of 93% minimum as per specification for 40 mm wide expansion joint including cutting to required size and shape at all levels etc.complete as directed.`
