SPL REPAIRS OF ROOF TREATMENT IN BLDG NO 101 OF RMS AJMER AND SPL REPAIR TO PVC OVERHEAD TANK IN JCO/OR MD ACCN AT AJMER AND PROVN OF ALUMINIUM PARTATION DOOR AND WINDOWS IN BLDG NO T-2 AT AJMER MIL STN

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description incl PCC padding, cement plaster any thickness from roof surfaces, cleaning of roof and prepairing it for further treatment incl make good necessary dubbing out wherever required and removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed plaster 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC including necessary doubingout etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate at junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces 75mm radius and surface painted with a hot paving bitumen grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73 @0.70 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltr Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 3mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3.00Kg/Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 40mm thick (minimum Consolidated thickness) Type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped groves 6mm wide and 10mm deep @ 0.60 metre spacing both bays or part there of on top of padding and filled with mastic bitumen of 1:1 preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc at any height by scrapping with mechanical sander(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water based one coat of rustic texture paint upto 3mm thick comparising of modified acrylic amulsion and reinforced with quartz aggregate of size 2 to 2.5mm on primed surface using steel/plastic trowel,material having density 1.95 kg/cum,VOC less than 50gm/Ltr all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Step 1: Mix the texture paint by adding water as manufacturer's instruction. Step 2: Apply prepared mixer with the help of steel/plastic trowel in horizontal/vertical manner. Step 3: Allow 16-18 hrs time to dry the surface.

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9litre(undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of point application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/stone masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.
