The job further includes refitting back the voltage stabilizer into the circuitry. The job further includes cost on account of skilled/semi- skilled labour , tools and tackles required for the job and testing of Voltage stabilizer on full load. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 12.98% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Disassembling of 100 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % oil cooled Servo stabilizer by way of removing all the nuts and bolts and lifting the winding assembly along with core for assessing the damages and and refitting back the winding assembly into the voltage stabilizer tank along with core after conducting the due repairs . (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 6.49 % of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Removing of damaged / burnt out windings from 100 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % oil cooled Servo stabilizer leg and rewinding the same using copper winding of appropriate grade, insulation and specifications . thejob includes cost on account of skilled/semi-skilled labour required for the winding of Voltage stabilizer leg.The rates are included of the rebate on account of old scrap. (The rate per kg shall be allowed @ 1.63% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Removing of damaged copper connection terminal bolt with washer and nut from 100 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % oil cooled Servo stabilizer and providing and fitting of new copper connection terminal bolt with nut and washer. Examining and testing the electrical equipment

Disconnecting the 11KV supply to HT VT motor by way of opening the terminal boxes and removing the connections and isolating it from the system. The VT motor shall be checked, inspected and fully examined with the help of multi meter and meger equipment of capacity above 3000Mega ohms for any sort of damage and continuity. The job includes reconnecting the terminal connections and completely tightening them and covering the lids of the terminal boxes. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour involved in the job shall be arranged by the firm. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 17.40% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Disconnecting the 11KV supply to the capacitor bank by way of opening the supply connections at the connection terminals and thoroughly inspecting the fuses and internal wiring and examining the capacitors. The job includes removing all the dust and dirt from the capacitor bank by using electrical blower to completely clean the capacitor panel. The job includes reconnecting the terminal connections and completely tightening. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour involved in the job shall be arranged by the firm. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 20.90% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Disconnecting the 11 KV supply line to the soft starter by way of opening the back cover of the starter and disconnecting the 11KV supply line from the coil terminals. The job includes testing and examining the epoxy coils for any sort of damage using appropriate electrical equipment .The control wiring shall be thoroughly checked and inspected with all the connections being tightened. The vacuum contactor shall be examined for its start and run operation. The temperature controller and all other electrical gadgets fitted in the soft starter shall be completely inspected and examined for proper operation. The job includes removing all the dust and dirt from the soft starter panel by using electrical blower to completely clean the panel. The 11KV cables shall then be connected back to the terminals and the cover be fitted back. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour involved in the job shall be arranged by the firm. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 20.90% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.)

Disconnecting the 11 KV supply line to the VCB control panel by way of opening the back cover of the panel and disconnecting the 11KV supply line from the VCB terminals. The job includes extraction of VCB from the panel on the trolley and testing and examining the VCB for any sort of damage using appropriate electrical equipments. The VCB shall then be fitted back in the panel and the control wiring shall be thoroughly checked and inspected with all the connections being tightened. The electrical gadgets fitted in the panel shall be completely inspected and examined for proper operation. The job includes removing all the dust and dirt from the control panel by using electrical blower to completely clean the panel. The 11KV cables shall then be connected back to the terminals and the cover be fitted back. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour involved in the job shall be arranged by the firm. Disconnecting all the cables of different sizes from the electrical equipment and testing and examining the same for any sort of fault by using advanced multi meters for continuity and earth faults. The job includes reconnecting the cables and tightening them in their respective terminals. The job includes opening the upper shield cover, extracting the rotor from the stator and cleaning the windings from the dust and other foreign matter using air blower.
