Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( one cement is to five sand is to ten graded /crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations , retaining wall, breast walls, and the like including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and specification as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including royalty, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and MORD technical specificationi section 800, 900 & 1200 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement: four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete in drains grade M-10 ( M ten) per cubic metre nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200.and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) and using graged / crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size , and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block , etcetra as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 800,900, and 1200 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling/carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeters) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-3 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, bedding concrete or first class bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1100, including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and other incidental. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Backfilling behind retaining wall/breast wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 in granular material within all leads and lift of material as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.
