tarpaulin sheet and poly propylene roped nylon net with maximum 25 mm opening for coverage of vehicle during rainy season and other important items needed for safety of the vehicle etc.The tipper body is of size 2.0 * 1.45 * 0.75 m size with volume of above 2 m3 fabricated with 40 * 40 * 1.6 mm thick square tubes reinforced with 25 * 25 * 1.2 mm square tubes welded together for the base frame and rear door. The bottom pannel and the size of the body consist of 12 mm water proof plywood laminated by 1.45 mm thick Jappan sheet. The tipping body should have Jappan sheet hood with 2 doors. The hydraulic tipping cylinder should be of single acting telescopic type with working pressure of 100 bar conforming to relevant BIS standards from a reputed brand. The outside body should bepainted with one coat of epoxy primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint in the colour scheme approved by Town Panchayat Officers. The accessories should include bottle holder, mobile phone charger, front and rear bumper, Tarpaulin sheet for covering the vehicle during rainy season and wire net with polypropylene ropes at suitable intervals having opening of size not more than 25 mm for wrapping the waste during transport etc complete.
