Supplying of empty cement bags at site for filling sand/clay for providing temporary bund

Supply of Sand/Clay at site for filling the empty cement bags for providing temporary bund

Filling empty cement bags with sand/ earth; including cost of sewing and strings; excluding cost of bags and earth / sand /Clay.

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit in the required thickness for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works above plinth level upto floor V level: Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum

Add or deduct for using more or less cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Providing and supplying Dynamon SX 535 admixture for early strength of concrete.

Providing and supplying Mapeplast UW anti-washout admixture for Underwater Concreting.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
