Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:As per DAR- 2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement, 5 coarse sand (zone-III), 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal Size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level as per PWD (SCH.)- 274 Ref. to DAR 4.1.10

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As per DAR- 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) All work up to plinth level :DAR-4.1.2

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DAR-13.4.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finshing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as SI No. 5.1.2 (Drain Cover)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for Foundations footings, bases of cloumns, etc for mass concrete as Si NO. 5.9.1

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as rein-forced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.
