Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer bedded in cement mortar on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n. exc. 100m where directed complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping ( where full thickness recovered or only a part thereof disposal of rubbish upto a ditance n. exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated/ dimolised materials to a distance exc.100 m but n exc. 1.5Km away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed Note: Demolised material should not be thrown away on the ground from the top of roof, it should be removed from the roof by manually or by any mechanical means.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc and removing retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m where directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors,roof and pavings n exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in roof curving, padding,coping with mixing of WPC etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1 : 3 using 100% coarse sand on roof surface mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately.

Supplying and applying high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied spray/brush applied , smart care PU magnum membrane with and elongation of 450% and tensile strengh of 2.5 N/Sq mm as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C 1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048,shore a hardness of min.45 as per ASTM D2240. The system includes final base preparation , epoxy primer application and applying smart care PU magnum or approved equavalent in two coats with a consumption of 1.5 Kg / Sqm on a primed surface with smart care primer and a 40GSM geo textile cloth sandwiched in between etc., complete all as per manufacturer specification.
