Labour charges for transformer oil circulation in main tank and OLTC under Hot oil circulation, vaccum drying wherever applicable and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning.(4700 Ltrs for each 8 MVA Pr.Tr)

Charges for refilling of oil in the Transformer tank.

Fixed charges for provision of filter machine.

Cable Laying & Termination

Labour charges for laying of control cable upto 8 core.

Labour charges for laying of control cable above 8 core.

Labour charges for glanding including gland cost

Labour charges for termination of newly laid cables in Marshalling box, DM box, LV panel, RTCC panel Protective devices like PRV,OSR,Bucholtz Relay, OTI, WTI etc including cost of ferrules, Cable Lugs, PVC Strap etc.

Labour charges for fabrication of base frame for RTCC panel of size 600X600X75/50 channels(Channel to be supplied by TANTRANSCO ) using welding.

Earthing

Labour charges for Neutral bushing earthing at 2 points, transformer tank earthing at 2 points, DM box,Marshalling box and RTCC panel earthing. ( M.S. flats for the work will be supplied by the Board)

Labour charges for excavation of earth and refilling for an average depth of 0.5mtr and 0.3mtr width for

Labour charges for preliminary cleaning, covering, Aluminium painting and enamel colour painting using air compressor, painting spray gun, brush etc.
