Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Valid contractor Registration Certificate issued from competent authority in appropriate contractor class

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Financial Turnover Certificate obtained and certified by the Registered Valid Chartered Accountant indicating the Registration no of Chartered Accountant with UDIN number details along with profit and loss statement tallying the annual Turnover

Work done certificate for the work performed as prime contractor (in the same name) on works of Similar Nature over during the five years specified (Similar Nature of work done certificate i.e, 50% of amount put to tender)

List of existing commitments and ongoing work

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Unconditional Line of credit i.e, 30% of amount put to tender obtained from Nationalised/Scheduled Banks in Given Pro-forma in the bid document

Valid PAN Card and Valid GST Registration certificates .
