Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth for for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc laying of cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing were directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting level complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable UG cable of any size or description including taking out old brick protection complete all as directed.

M&L sand cushioning in cable trenches over & under the cable, with river washed coarse sand,(approved source) as per standard practice with proper compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for brick protection for protection of cable over sand cushioning cables inside the trench by using common brunt clay building bricks sub-class “B” old size brick and flat and width wise along the axis of the trench complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3½ core complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors of any description complete all as directed.

M & L aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete complete all as directed.

M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L stay assembly complete with all accessories such as mild steel galvanized flat iron stay clamp, 7/3.15 mild steel galvanized stay strand/ wire, one loop type porcelain vitreous insulator (white, brown or green) overall dimensions 65 X 90 mm & clearance of hole 16mm, stay grips, mild steel galvanized stay bow, thimbles, 16 mm dia mild steel galvanized stay rod and mild steel galvanized stay-plate all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I including dismantling of old stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: (i) Excavation & earthwork, cement concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule.

M&L Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts size suitable for 1100 Volts, height 100mm, max dia 115mm, insulator bolts of dia 14mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down insulators of any type or size complete complete all as directed.

M&L steel tubular swaged poles, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.00 meter long, inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint including preparation of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide in alternate layer of black and yellow syntheic enamel paint upto 1.5 metre above Coping, including dismanting old unserviceable pole, complete all as specified and as directed.(The poles shall confirm to IS - 2713 & each component pipe shall be ISI Marked & confirm to IS - 1161) NOTE : Earthwork, cement concrete will be measured and paid seperately under appropiate items

M & L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)as in coping of poles including all necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type-D2 with using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 METRE below Ground Level with Top Edge of Earth Plate at depth not less than 1.50 METRE below normal ground level, connected to GI Earth Strip 25 x 4 mm drawn through and including GI Pipe 32 mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection upto 1.00 METRE above the Floor Level of the Building where Main Switch/DB situated, by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers etc., Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or coke dust mixed with common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150 mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) and Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Cover Slab 350x350 x50mm, reinforced with and including 8.0 mm dia TMT Bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways, GI wire mesh, Funnel with GI Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) ‘medium grade’, necessary excavation in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of Surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion, including necessary dismantling the unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
