Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specified including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Wet Mix Macadam +1% OPC Cement+3.5% Emulsion (RAP/ETA) = Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix mcacdam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement+3.50% Emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying tack coat II (on existing bitumenos surface) with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @0.20Kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(Existing bitumenos surface)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading. premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 % by weight of total mix and fillar, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respect

Providing and applying tack coat-II with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @0.20Kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

HUME PIPE (1000mm&600mm) - E/W in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift 1.50 mtr and lead up to 30 mtr and including filling watering ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space of between the building and side the foundation trench or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as per direction by E/I as per S.I. No. 3.5(1)

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under flooring supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requuired for propar completion of the work as per Sl.No. 275

Supply & Laying of 15mm brick ballast mixed with sand below pipe as bedding in 15cm thickness and in haunch of pipe upto 1/10 of outer dia pipe.

Class-150 brick work with 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per S.I. No.-30

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit in the proportion 1:1:5:3 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but its fixing and binding the same with 24BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, Binding wire cost being included in the item as per SI No. 283(b)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in supper Structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. Technical Specification as per Section 2100 of MoRTH Specification.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications as per Section 1500, 1700 & 2100 of MoRTH Specification.
