Providing and Laying cement concrete for plain / reinforced conc. In open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause-802, 803, 1202 & 1203 in Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 sand: 10 graded stone Aggregate 40 mm nominal mix). Including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 gradedstone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) mechnical mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinthas required complete including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work including hollow section riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
