24.1 EARTHING AND LIGHTENING ARRESTOR

NS-1 Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 11 KV compact secondary substation outdoor type designed for natural cooling having type tested equipments comprising of dry type transformer & SF-6 insulated compact switch gear enclosed in robotically sealed/ welded stainless steel tank, low voltage switch board, interconnection between HT switch gear & transformer using cables and transformer to L.T. switch gear using copper bus bar, factory built ready for connection type, internal earthing provided completed with other associated equipments to the latest electricity rules as regards safety rules & precaution. The enclosure shall have modular construction using G.I. sheet and shall be power coated from exterior. The enclosure for HT & LT switch gear have IP 54 degree protection ingress, the transformer used dry type specially designed for low losses. The combinations of compact sub station shall be as per detail:- (Make:- ABB/ Schnieder/ Siemens)

Compact Secondary Sub Station:

HT Switchgear

11 KV, 630 amps, 21 KA for 3 sec, SF6 insulated RMU manually operated and 2 Nos. incommer isolater and 1 No. outgoing fixed motorized non-extensible type vacum circuit breaker in SF6 insulated robotically welded non ferrite non-magnetic stainless steel enclosure of grade 304 having IP67 & thickness 2.5mm, with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + inst.) protection. Interconnection between HT switch gear and transformer shall be using 1C x 3R x 95 sqmm Aluminum un ard. XLPE Cable rated for voltage 12 KV, 630 amp, 21 KA for 1 second.

Outdoor Enclosure:-

Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanized sheet steel having thickness 2mm with 4mm HRCA hot dip Galvanised baseframe. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for transformer compartment. Enclosure shall be Powder coated (Light Gray & D.A Gray) Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment.

Inter connection and Earthing:- Inter connection between HT Switch gear and transformer using 1C x 3R x 95 Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable and inter connection transformer and LT Switch gear using copper bus bar internal earthing connection by 50 x 6 mm G.I. Straps.

NS-2 Supply and Erection of XPLE (E) 11 KV HT aluminium Conductor armoured Cable ISI marked laid in existing pipe / trenches / surface with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

NS-3 Supply and Erection of underground cable, loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections

NS-4 Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 11 KV indoor H.T. Metering panel complete with CTs, PTs cubical and electronics meter with accuracy class 0.5 as per requirement / approved by HVPN Consisting of the following :

i) Cubical panel free standing floor mounting type made of sheet steel 14-G SWG CRCA sheet with channel iron base frame spray paintd with strong Synthetic grey channel paint as per size & design approved by HVPN .

ii) 3 Nos. 11 KV CTs of rating as approved by HVPN for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN.

iii) One No. 11 KV PT 11000/110 Volts 10 KA burden 0.5 accuracy oil filled suitable for indoor installation of approved make of HVPN.

iv) Digital electronic meter 3 Phase 4 wires 0.5 accuracy for recording reading operating system for difference kind of readings. The cubical panel will be complete in all respect including interconnection, internal wiring with PVC copper cable its testing and approved of all items by HVPN including cost of all testing/approved charges of all items of HVPN including cost of all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge ofthe work.

NS-5 Supply & erection of double door (Indo Asian / Havells / standard make) sheet steel enclosure distribution board (Suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB for outgoing circuit but without cost of MCCB / MCB etc. The distribution board duly recessed in wall / surface mounting necessary connections with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

NS-6 Providing and fixing of wire mesh jali around the transformer of size 4'x 8' made out of 75 x 25 x 3.25 mm jali fixed with angle iron frame made out of M.S. angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm support of M.S. flat 50 x 6 mm and fixed in C.C. Block 1:2:4 including cutting, welding etc. as per drawing complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
