Dismantling of existing unserviceable CP handles and S&F new CP handles of approved quality in Godrej Pattern as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable locks of Almirah Med/Large with shelves/Large 1/2Hx1/2S and S&F new locks of approved brand as specified and shown in drg.

S&F MS cleats made of 2 mm thick MS Steel made to shape and fix in the Almirah to support the shelves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

BED HARD PLY TOP STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R) : S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR grade, to be fixed with appropriate sizes of MS nuts, bolts and washers without having any joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable Head board and S&F new Head board made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick seasoned teakwood beading all round with suitable screws with the cleats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD : Removing of unserviceable Foot board and S&F new Foot board to be made of 18 mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick seasoned teakwood beading all round with suitable screws with the cleats as specified on drg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220/1122) : S&F 12 mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of the charpoy GI Pipe with mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) of size 75 mm long, 6 mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer , including removal of old unserviceable ply top.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Sr No 19 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of Old u/s legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 20 above by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 55mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 40mmx5mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

M&L for dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI Pipe med grade 32 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable check nut 6 mm thick suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITH ARM/WITHOUT ARM ( FD-75): S&F in repair seat made of teak wood 1st class of size 50mm widex25mm thick fixed to frame with appropriate size steel screws to chair tubular steel with arm all as shown in drawing including caning with 2 to 2.5 mm wide and 0.4 mm thick plastic cane as per Godrej pattern and Border of 3 to 4mm thick cane seat to be polished with French polish black/teak shade all as specified and as shown on drawing .

TABLE BED SIDE STEEL (FD-157/HFD-2005): Removing of old unserviceable broken top of table bed side steel and supply and fixing of new top made out of 18mm thick prelaminated exterior grade-I MDF.Teak wood 1st class beading 4mm thick all around duly french polished shall be provided. all as specified and shown on drawing and directed by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable knob with locking strip & supply and fixing of new knob with iron strip and locking strip made out of flat iron 15x3 mm duly approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of Old unserviceable and broken rusty legs and supply and fix of new legs made out of MS square pipe 25mmx25mmx18 gauge as per shape/size shown in drg. Fixing of legs shall be done by gas welding continusoly and smoothened with file steel as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of Old unserviceable PVC shoes and supply and fixing of new shoes of PVC of required size as shown in drawing and aooroved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

BED STEAD FOWLER TYPE-I WITH MATTRESS (HFD-2002) M&L for removal of unserviceable castors, S&F of castor 100mm dia fix type, as per Drg.

The IFD (Indentation Forcec Deflection)/ILD(Indentation Load Deflection) rating structure of Mattress conforming to the density between 4 to 5 Lbs per cubic feet.
