Improvement to Canal Service Road of Angul Main Canal from RD 0.00Km to 5.00Km of Derjang Irrigation Project.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness with all cost of incidental charges , all labour, T&P and cess complete as per drawing, specification,direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads and lifts including hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including stoney earth,gravel and moorum by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading and unloading into the transportation vehicles including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site including cost, carriage , taxes of all materials, machineries and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63 mm to 45 mm size ) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 8-10Tonnes Vibratory rollers in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill of the interstices of coarse aggregate, including turf edging, watering, compacting to required density as per clause 404 of MORT&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4th Revision) with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire & running charges of machineries, and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53 mm to 22.40 mm size ) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 8-10Tonnes Vibratory rollers in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill of the interstices of coarse aggregate, including turf edging, watering, compacting to required density as per clause 404 of MORT&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4th Revision) with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire & running charges of machineries, and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam Grade-II with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepaired surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete Grade-II with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing granular sub-base using admixture of sand & moorum in proportion (2:3) to road surface including spreading in uniform thickness including watering and rolling with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
