Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 kV over head lines complete with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 em X 45 em X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.l. stay wire and 11 kV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/22KV/33 kV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 kV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 kV pin insulator complete with large steel head G. I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 kV disc insulator for 11 kV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (0.394 Kg/Mtr X 18 span X 60 Mtr= 1080 Mtr)

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 3.3 kV overhead lines with rated voltage 3 kV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required

Supply and fixing of Earth leakege Relay 10mA to 1mA with CBCT 200mm dia in the existing Control panels of all four sub-stations of SILO Plant.

Providing and fixing of push button with required acessories for checking the healthiness of Earth Leakage Relays.

Providing and fixing of efficient Limit switches 110V AC, 10A with adjustable arm and roller, 1NO +1NC as a replacement of mercury switches installed in GOAB Switches.

Supply and installtion of NGR monitoring relay in existing NGR circuit in Main sub-station.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. Faradays cage in main substation.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cuttinB, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Faradays cage in main substation.

Supply and erection of 7X2.5 Sq.mm Steel wire in the existing structure.

Supply and laying of GI Strip 65 X 10mm and isolating the same from mettalic support structures of switchyard. 30Mtr

Supply and fixing of Lock out and Tag out system in all three sub-stations of SILO Plant.

Supply and fixing of High voltage insulating mats confirming to IS 15652, Class A insulation with minimum thickness of 2mm on both back and front sides of all sub-stations of SILO Plant.
