Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for self-adhesive glass grid of approved make having flexural strength of 100KN/m in both directions conforming to ASTM 6637, ASTM D 276 & ASTM D 5261-92 specifications and impregnated with polymer modified bitumen, self-sticking with minimum sticking strength of 5 Kg/sqm overlaping with 150mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction fixed by mechanical means and rolled to achieve self-adhesive wrinkle free surface. (Note:- Clear area only will be considered for payment and no extra shall be allowed for laps.)

M&L premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-12 ton power road roller and rolled to a uniform smoth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) including preparing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Bitumen macadam will be laid with mechanical paver)

M & L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/tack coat on black top surfaces with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5.00Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 cum per 10 Sqm of stone chipping & mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen grade VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to a smooth uniform surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Premixed carpet will be laid with meccanical paver)

M&L for premixed sand seal coat using binder (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 6.8 Kg/10 Sqm blinded with sand @ 0.06 Cum per 10Sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying retroreflected thermoplastic road marking paint upto 10cm wide in road edges with 2.75 mm or more thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a retangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars (Fe-500D), 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars (Fe-500D), 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering using cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed
