Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20kA/3-sec, Outdoor (IP54), RMU (Ring main unit) 6-way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load Break Switch and 04 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3+0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection , internal-arc classified 20kA/1sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism, gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft higes, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.

(A) 02 Nos. Incoming Load Break Switch module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each switching-unit is designed as a three position switch. This three function switch combines the functions of switch-disconnector and earthing switch. (ii) 11kV, 630A Load Break Switch with interlocked line-earthing scheme both short circuit current - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp -01 No (iii) Auxiliary contacts - 1NO + 1NC-01 No (iv) Spring-assisted snap-action motorized mechanism with un-inhibited operating shaft for emergency manual operation with integrated earthing switch -01 No (v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 300 Sqmm , 3 Core , XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 03 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each Set of 03 (vii) Arc proof cable covers having cable entry from bottom , front with Interlocking mechanism including earth switch -01 No (viii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system as per IEC61243 with LED - 01 Set (ix) Fault Passage Indicator - It is to be provided for each incomer load break unit, FPI with LED/digital display to be added for detection of cable fault-01 No (x) ON, OFF, EARTH mechanical indication on the front mimic of the panel - 01 No

(B) 04 Nos. Outgoing VCB module each consisting of following accessories :- (i) Each function-unit consists of a vacuum-circuit breaker in combination with a three position-switch.The three-position-switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector-function and earthing function. (ii) 11kV, 630A Fixed-Type VCB module with series disconnector cum earthing switch of short circuit breaking current/withstand - 20kA/3-sec, Making Capacity - 50kAp-01 No (iii) Aux. contacts - 1NO+1NC-01 No (iv) Stored-energy motorized high-endurance spring charging mechanism (M1+), with inbuilt spring-charging lever and mechanically latched ON/OFF push-buttons to allow handle-less and un-inhibited operation -01 No (v) Cable terminals (site replacable Cable bushings situated not beyond 300mm from cable-cover to allow ease of access for installation/testing/replacement purposes) with double-door arrangement for enhanced safety (IP54+IP3X) interlocked to prevent access upto 11 KV , 185 Sqmm , 3 Core, XLPE AL cable termination in live-condition. Each Set of 3 (vi) Right angle boots (push on type)-Each set of 3 (vii) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered numerical protection relay with Low and High set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also.Relay shall record minimum 5 fault records with time stamping. (C) 01 No. Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer with floor-mounted compartment of matching height and depth, positioned along-side RMU to provide required aux. supply and metering consisting of following accessories :- (i) 1-Ph (11kV/rt3):230VAC, 500VA Auxiliary transformer-01 No (ii) 2x12 Volt DC battery SMF type not less than 28AH -01 Set (iii) Battery charger-01 No (iv) HRC fuse-links for primary side isolation and AC/DC MCBs for secondary isolation-01 Set (v) LED Indications to confirm AC/DC supply availability-01 Set (vi) Anti-condensation space-heater-01 No (vii) CFL lamp for illumination and 3-pin socket with switch -01 No

Note:- (i) It is preferable to have all feeder-switches inside single stainless steel compartment with incomer feeders at the extremities to prevent chances of failure due to plug-in coupling arrangement. (ii) Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations (iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered. (iv) Cost of provn of plinth for RMU as per OEM drawing is deemed to be included in the cost.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I (2009) (a) Excavation and earth work for electrode in soft/loose Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire . S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F 80 mm bore GI Pipe light grade with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections complete all as directed at site.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

Door to be fixed by 03 Nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement and MS channel for plinth of transformer complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flat iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified directed .

M & L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to steel surfaces including preparation of newly surface complete all as specified.

Disconnecting electrically (and mechanically, ) outdoor transforemrs upto 315 KVA capacity, lowering down from 4/6 pole structure carefully and Re-installation of transformer on plinth , connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.( rate is deemed to be inclusive of , T&P, hydra and man power ) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed,

Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism.

Dismantling of cross-arms or M.S. channel or angle sections.

Dismantling of GI pipe 80mm dia .

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested HT Panel board, size: 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door, suitable for 11000 Volts, 3 phase, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars of size ,50 mm x 10 mm, 3 Nos installed on SMC insulators suitable for 11000 Volts .The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shall be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x 50 x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking . The fixing of double doors shall be on MS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). including excavation, earth work and platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
