Removing existing water proofing treatment (tarfelt), roughning of concrete surfaces, cleaning of concrete surfaces with water and removing debris/rubbish off materials out side of Ministry of Defence (MoD) land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course/edge of pathway etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and groove cutting at every 1.5m length including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering on top of roof surfaces of any description with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid Water Proofing compound @ 0.4% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately.

M & L for preparation of roof surface and applying bitumenous based primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.40 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying One coat of aluminium paint @ 200 gm/Sqm (minimum) after laying the membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.
