M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade of length 2.25 metre and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement shall be 1 kg for each earth pit cover

Material and labour for calibration settings, servicing and repair/replacement of burnt/unserviceable wiring duly lugged, fuses, LED indicators of existing 11 KV VCB/RMU relay of any make including setting of over current, earth fault, auxillary, master relay complete all as specified and as directed including replacement of following items are as under :- Note:- Print out of VCB's relay during calibration for the record and monitoring shall be submitted.

Supply only CGI 14N (electronic relay) suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only epoxy resin cast, single phase current Transformer (CT) 11KV one set of three having ratio 200-100/5+5A (for both incoming & outgoing) having 15VA burden for metering and class 5P10 protection with air insulated CT chamber with complete wiring suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only Terminal Protector / Right Angle Rubber Boot for Transformer & RMU suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only spring charging motor suitable for 11 KV existing VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only closing / tripping coil suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only TNC switch suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only vacuum Interrupter cylindrical type suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply only anti pumping device complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
