S&F of 32mm dia GI tubing light grade bracket over all 1.2 mtr length with cutting as required and bend to shape with flat iron clamp of size 32 x 6mm, 2 Nos, suitable size of nut bolts and washers complete for fixing street light fittings on electric poles / bldgs for security complete all as specified & directed

Material & labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron wire of 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execution and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting the existing pipe line of GI 50 / 40mm dia and refixing the suitable tee 50x50x50mm / 40x50x40mm dia and all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Pole Mounted Junction Box 254 x 180 x 111mm, having, insulated and made out of thermoplastic polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced, rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP66 in accordance with IEC 60529, IK 07, weather proof for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) having Gasket material shall be Polyurethane and the Gasket shall be internally embedded, tested at 6500C, with plastic mounting bracket, din rail, mild steel flat iron camp, nuts, bolts and washers, with MCB SP 6 Amps. ‘B’ curve,10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply &Fixingof PVC insulated unarmoured & PVC sheathed copper cable 3 core of crosss sectional area 1.5 sqmm for providing necessary electrical connection from sheet metal enclosure to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of RCPC (Reinforced cement polymer concrete) grating slab of size 900mm x 450mm x 75mm thick of capacity 5 MT fixed in proper position complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix of Porcelain insulator fixed with clamp, screw etc for down conductor above ground complete all as specified and as directed.
