Preparing the existing surface of laying the road to proper gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the water supply and other pipe lines. The rate inclusive of all charges such as earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specification

Providing & laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 406 of morth specification.

Providing and applying prime coat over WMM surface of 6kg / 10m2 including cost and conveyance of bituminous emulsion, labour charges for preparing the surface for applying required quantity of emulsion as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc, complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification

Providing and laying tack coat over Existing BT surface using 2kg of Bitumen emulsion (RS1) per 10 square for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges, etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying semidence Bituminous concrete 20 mm thickness using 0.18 m3 of 0.09mm IRC HBG metal, 0.09 of 6.70mm IRC HBG metal, 0.18m3 of 2.80mm and below with 38Kgs of bitumen per 10sq.m for premixing including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 t capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, Spreading the mix required temperature of uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal in to feeder unit, labour for attending to pavers site etc, including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, pavers finishes, vibratory rollers and all other T&Ps required including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 511 of Rev 5 specification.
