Dismantling of all mechanical joints for taken out the old valves from its original position and sealing the mouth of the pipe with necessary flange arrangements after lowering of water level as per direction of EIC. (Delivery line: Sluice valve - 5 nos. and 5 nos. NRV)

Cast Iron Double flange Non Rising spindle Sluice valve of 125 mm dia generally confirming to IS : 14846 having body door/dome/Bonet and cover of cast Iron (IS 210 Gr. FG 260), Spindle of IS 6603 Gr-12 cr-13 , spindle nut & Seat rings are Gunmetal as per IS:318 LTB 2. Flanges flat faced and drilled to IS:1538 Part IV&VI, Valves are suitable for maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sqcm (seat test) and body tested to 15 kg/sqcm 350 NB and above valves should be provided with enclosed gear box and anifriction device for ease of operation.All the valves should be tested by closed end method. (The materials of the valve lining, body and others should be high anti corrosive as the fluid is Sewerage water) (Make: IVI/JUPITER/Appd. vendor) [N.B.: i) Test certificates and W.C. should be submitted during delivery.]

Cast iron double flange single door swing non-return valve of 125 mm dia generally conforming to IS:5312 Part I, having body, door, cover in graded cast Iron to IS:210 Gr. FG200, body and door rings& bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr. LTB 2 (350 mm & above), hinge pin of st.st. AISI410, valve suitable for a maximum working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm. (Seat test) & body tested to 15 kg/sq.cm. (Make: IVI/JUPITER/Appd. vendor) [N.B.: i) Test certificates and W.C. should be submitted during delivery.]

Fitting fixing of newly supplied valves (sl no. 2 and 3) on the existing delivery line after making necessary hanging arrangement with proper arrangement including necessary reqd. scaffolding with supply of required nuts, bolts, washer and rubber packing as necy. As per direction of EIC.
