Demolition of existing SGSW/AC/RCC drain pipes of 150mm bore including concrete bed and haunching against the sides of pipe and removing the material to a distance exc 50m but not exc 250m and depositing were directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc or for manholes not exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 mtr but n exc 3 mtr in depth and getting out all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipe 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid down and tested complete (i) Haunching over off set of foundation of manhole shall be measured alongwith foundation of manhole. (ii) Thickness of concrete bed shall be 10cm. (iii) Pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150mm bore class ‘A’ laid on concrete bed and jointed complete all as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of man holes, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in band coping, bed plate, benching etc including slightly rounded of chamfered angle, throating, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in manhole/soack well/septic tanks slabs/covers etc including necessary form work complete set in cement mortar 1:6 complete including demolition of unserviceable existing RCC slabs / covers.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in 25cm layers all as specified.

Cutting into existing manhole/soakwell/septic tank making good to pipe and benching cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (half round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia size 150mm.

S&F Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to walls or roof including PCC 1:2:4 embeded/hold fast/bed blocks suitable for 100mm bore CI pipes

S&F 100mm bore CI bends (any radius) or diminishing pieces or tapers 100mm bore with oval acces doors.

Dewatering/De-sludging/desilting of manholes of internal size exc 1.20 m x 1.20 m but not exceeding 1.20 x 1.00 m and depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00 metre and removing all solid/semi solid matter or silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature (by manual or mechanical system at contract’s discretion) and including removing of RCC man holes covers and refixing the same after cleaning in the same position, complete all as directed.

Dewatering/desilting of septic tank including removing of all solid/semi solid matter including silt residue both organic and in organic in nature by mechanical system or by using suction pump where ever required up to any depth by working under foul conditions and disposal of the same in closed container and removed out and dispose in existing STP complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
