Deployment of Maintenance staff for maintenance of various installation AC-30

Providing and deploying a dedicated maintenance team for day-to-day maintenance of various Booster Pumping Stations (BPS), Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) and other installations functioning within Tilak-Nagar Constituency. The contractor shall deploy a minimum of one teams to ensure smooth functioning, timely repairs, and preventive maintenance of all electrical and mechanical installations as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Scope of Work: • Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of pumps, motors, electrical panels, and mechanical equipment. • Attending breakdown complaints and restoring systems within minimum possible time. • Repair, servicing, alignment, tightening, lubrication, and replacement of minor components as required. • Maintenance of electrical wiring, starters, switchgear, and allied accessories. • Dismantling and reinstallation of pumps and mechanical equipment and other maintenance activity when required • Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with departmental instructions. Manpower Deployment: 1. Electrician Grade II- 1 No. 2. Fitter Grade II- 1 Nos. 3. Beldar - 4 Nos. Total Staff to be deployed: 6 Nos. (Skilled- 1 No., Sem-skilled: 1 No. & Unskilled- 4 Nos.) Period: 90 Days x 3 Shift= 270 Shifts
