Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 15.7.4 in cement mortar.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in upto floor V-level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc. complete job.

12 mm Cement plaster of mix: 13.1.1 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing of PVC panelling of approved pattern over and including base of 12mm ply framework, including cornice with headless nails and corner beading and cost of fixtures and fittings complete job.

P/Fixing of standard termite proof wall paper of standard design and pattern incl. all adhesive materials involved complete job.

P/F of imported laminated wooden flooring of 8-10 mm thick of type AC4 (green ply or any standard quality), incl. laying of 2mm foam underneath with all necessary fixtures, cornice beading and lipping complete job.

Providing and fixing of KHATAM BANDI ceiling of first class budloo/fir wood excluding the cost of frame work which is to be paid separately. Paanch Murabah.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for cabin partitions and door aluminium tubular sections/appropriate Z sections of approved make (jindal/Hindalco or equivalent) powder coated/anodized to required shade. The item includes providing and fixing 5 mm thick plain float glass and 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board/MDF board in panels. It also includes providing and fixing aluminium doors equipped with heavy-duty floor springs, SS handles, tower bolts and Godrej/equivalent locking arrangements complete in all respects as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wiring for light point in 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable of Polycab / Finolex / Havells / Anchor / Salzer make in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit (25 mm dia PVC conduits including cutting of walls / floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering / POP / painting etc. complete job), with 6 Amps modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc., as required. (P+N+E for Normal and inverter points per room is to be provided separately). The job includes providing and fixing of 6 Amps S.Pole MCB to be housed in DB Box including cost of MCB DB Box. The job further includes providing and fixing of 12-15 Watts LED Down lighting fixture (commercial type) having aluminium body of standard make duly ISI marked, including GI Lighting deep box to be recessed in slab complete job.
