Repair to Police Station at R.Udayagiri for the year 2026-27_Building

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3M (10 foot) height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead away from the work site including cost of all labour with T & P,Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2inch) thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance of all materials, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges & labourwith T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, labour T&P with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall Painting one coat over wall surface with approved primer to give an even shade including cost of primer, labour & materials etc complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over iron work including cost of primerwithsand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and painting one coats over steel/wood surface with approved shade and quality to enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved quality in all floors and all heights including preparing the surface, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board celling suspended from roof by adjustableGI ceiling angle with spread at a distance notmore than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug &stiff cleart . Gypsum board 12.5 mm thick held by G.I Perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7 framing , boarding, jointing &finishing with special type of Gypsum compound etc .including cost, conveyance &of all materials labour with T&P & Cess etc completein all respect as per direction of EIC.
