Repairing and Rewinding of 30HP Submersible motor at WSS Wandhama Sainik School by the way of: - a) Shifting of damaged 3-phase submersible motor by manually dragging it to the loading site and loading by skilled labour into the private vehicle arranged by the firm for necessary repairs at the workshop. b) At workshop the motor shall be dismantled by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. and the damaged/burnt out windings shall be extracted from all stator slots by proper tools & tackles, skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using PVC insulated Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification and inserted back in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns. The job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, sleeves, tape etc. c) The repaired Submersible pumping unit shall be shifted back to site from workshop in a private load carrier arranged by the firm and at site the motor shall be recoupled with the pump. All power connections shall be reconnected with the motor and pump motor assembly shall be lowered back into the sump by refitting each of the column pipes one by one, tightening all the nuts and bolts & inserting the new Rubber Washers in between the flanges where ever required by the firm and after complete lowering the unit shall be tested on full load.

Replacement of damaged cable and for shifting of FASD Starter to the operator’s room from the pump room by way of Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 25mm Sq. Single Core flexible copper power cable, suitable for LV 1.1KV/650V grade, PVC Insulated unarmoured cable for connecting Control panels and Voltage Stabilizers together. Confirming to IS: 694 (Part 1st) – 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) – 1964. Acceptable makes for the cable are Havells/Finolex/L&T/ KEI. The job is inclusive of Providing & fixing of copper thimbles (not less than 12No’s) (reputed make) for the cable as per site requirement duly crimped with the cable termination ends by crimping tool and 150mm Nylon Cable ties (150 No’s). The cable is used to connect various electric gadgets.

Replacement of Damaged MCCB by way of providing and fitting of New MCCB with following specifications: - Make = L & T Model/Version = D-sine series DN2-250D No. of poles = 4 (Four) Thermal Release Range = 160Amp Rated operational voltage = 415 V + 15 % Rated frequency = 50 + 3Hz Ambient temperature = 40C˚ Ultimate S.C Breaking Cap. at (415, ac, 50 Hz) = 36KA Type of release = Thermal Magnetic Overload protection = 0.8–1 in adjustable Short-circuit protection = 6-10 in adjustable. The job includes fitting of MCCB as per site requirement including labour, transport, tools & tackles etc. Note: The old material shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old scrap/material.
