Taking down old damaged aluminium chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, for foundation of poles, stays, struts or for laying cables/pipes etc., not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance exceeding 250 metres but not exceeding 500 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

SUPPLY ONLY approved earth from outside MD land, free from foreign and deleterious material and stones complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Only compacted soil to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, as in retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boulder pitching of any thickness over 100mm (using 90 to 150mm size of boulders), grouted with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on RCC roof slab, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for mild steel angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing, 3mm nominal dia of GI wire, 1.4mm thick PVC coating and average area of aperture 25 Sqcm with weight of chain link not less than 2.0 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment by scraping, washing, cleaning etc., and applying 3mm thick Birla wall care putty after filling the cracks with filler and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, acrylic type over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for the purpose of payment. However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts, rollers for sliding windows, locking arrangement and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/aluminium fly proof mesh etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle, butt hinges, tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose.
