Construction of Tribal Museum at Malkangiri

Earth work excavation in all kind of soil within 50M intial lead and 1.5M initial lift including rough dressing levelling the bed and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying the layers not exceeding 0.3M depth and as per specification approved by the Department.and as directed by the E.I.C.

Supplying & Filling foundation trenches , plinth & ditches with clean course river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and all taxes of sand,cost & conveyance of water, cost of all Labour,labour cess,T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Supplying & filling foundation and Plinth with Excavated earth (2/3 rd Rate of excavation )

Cement concrete in proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size (3/2") clean hard black crusher broken granite metal free from skin & weather skin of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6")thick to the required level, ramming, compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing etc. complete with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc. completed with all lead lift and delift including centering & shuttering if necessary, in all respect to the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry. Metal free from weathered & skin with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials & Labour etc. including curing, dewatering if required complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200 Kg/cm.sq in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 20 mm size down graded (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction with mechanical vibrators, watering and curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P, with all lead lift and delifts required for the work etc. complete in all respect with proper specification for all structural components as mentioned below and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
