Detailed survey, supply, laying, testing & commissioning of armored Underground Fiber Optic Cable (24F) in PLB HDPE Ducts of suitable size & strength along with accessories (as per requirement) in above mentioned sections, installation of joint boxes, interfacing with existing OPGW on through rate basis as per technical specification. i. TL No. 40 Monopole to TL No.41 Monopole of 66 kV D/C Badshahpur-old Manesar line= 842 Meter. ii.TL-Monopole PD CTP BXA to TL-Monopole PD CTP BXA of 66 kV S/C Gurugram-old Manesar line= 787 Meter.

DISMANTLEMENT WORK TO BE INCLUDED IN ERECTION PART OF BOQ i) Dismantlement of following design of towers including its transportation: -The dismantlement of tower shall also include dismantlement of Stub concrete upto a depth of 1M (one meter) from Natural Ground level, back filling, compaction and clearing the site of debris as per satisfaction of field office along with their transportation & proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL. a) 66kV D/C DA+0 Type Tower (HSEB Design)

i) Dismantlement of following design of towers including its transportation: -The dismantlement of tower shall also include dismantlement of Stub concrete upto a depth of 1M (one meter) from Natural Ground level, back filling, compaction and clearing the site of debris as per satisfaction of field office along with their transportation & proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL. a) 66kV S/C H-Pole

b) 66kV S/C Four pole

Dismantlement of existing ACSR wolf conductor complete with H/W fittings, insulators of the line and their transportation & proper stacking at designated Dedicated Store of HVPNL.

Dismantlement of existing Earthwire along with Hardware fittings and accessories of line and its transportation, proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL.

Any other item/items left out but required to complete the work

Supply of 66kV XLPE cable, 1200 sqmm Aluminium Milliken Conductor

Detailed survey including GPR (Ground Penetration Radar survey), Laying, Testing & Commissioning of 66kV XLPE cable, 1200 sqmm Aluminium Milliken Conductor in Flat formation with one spare cable for each circuit (9+3) including loops and riser in flat formation in RCC Trench (inner area of RCC trench= 2.5m x 1.5m) (Tentative route length including loops and risers on both cable termination monopoles = 842+35+35 = 912m)

Indicative quantity of supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning of 1 x 240mm2, Copper conductor PVC insulated, Unarmored, 3.3 kV Sheath Bonding cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Outdoor End Termination kit for termination of cable on cable termination monopoles with all accessories as per technical specification suitable for above cable as per bidder’s standard design

Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 60 kV Polymeric Lightning Arrestor to be mounted on cable termination monopoles with insulating base, Terminal connectors, surge counter etc complete in all respects as per Latest relevant standard and technical specification of HVPNL.

Earthing of 60 kV Polymeric Lightning Arrestor & all XLPE Cables to be installed on the terminal monopoles (66kV D/C monopoles) including its all allied material for both lines.

Indicative quantity for supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of single-phase Link Box with SVL for each cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Indicative quantity for supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of single-phase Link Box without SVL for each cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Indicative quantity of supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of XLPE cable straight through joint kit for each cable complete with all accessories suitable for above 66kV cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Supply & Erection of Warning Tape

Supply and Installation of Cable Cleats and other miscellaneous material like all terminal connectors, clamps, Nuts & bolts etc for mounting of cables at all cable termination monopoles for both lines as per technical specification

Design, Engineering and construction of RCC cable Trench (2.9m x1.7m overall area of RCC Trench) complete in all respect including excavation,back filling of earth, and spreading of jamuna sand, of all construction material i.e. cement, steel, aggregates and water or any other type of material required to complete the job etc. as per the technical specifications for laying of 3 circuits of 66kV XLPE cables.

Design, Construction and Laying of RCC cable trench cover (900mmx600mmx75mm) complete in all respect as per the technical specification on top of sand layer.

Construction and installation of RCC route markers as per Drg. No. HCD/TS-1417 @ every 50m complete in all respect including supply of all construction material i.e. cement, steel, aggregates and water or any other type of material required to complete the job etc.
